- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged t-shirts in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must include all tags and packaging to qualify for a return.
Custom-printed or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.
- This includes all items with custom designs, logos, or text submitted by the customer.
2. Return Process
2.1 Request a Return Authorization (RA):
- To initiate a return, please contact us using our Contact Form with your order number and reason for the return.
- Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
- Returns must be shipped to our designated return address provided in the RA instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect order fulfillment.
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Include a copy of your RA confirmation inside the package.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
3.1 Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this during the RA request process.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

4.2 Include photographs of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.
4.3 We will replace defective items or issue a refund at no additional cost.

- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please use a trackable shipping method for your return.
