All returns must be shipped to our designated return address: 2001 42nd Street, Suite 207, North Bergen, NJ 07047.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To initiate a return, customers are required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

- Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
- Standard Products: Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged t-shirts in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom and special-order items are non-returnable, as they are tailored specifically to your requirements.
- This includes all personalized or made-to-order products.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Use the Contact Us form to request an RMA. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive an RMA number and detailed return instructions.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
- Packaging: Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your RMA confirmation inside the package.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned items.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please specify this in your RMA request. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us form. Include photos of the damage or defect for faster processing.
Important Notes
- We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Please use a trackable shipping service.
- Returns that do not meet our policy requirements will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
